GRESB (Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark)
Mission-driven and investor-led, GRESB is the environmental, social and governance (ESG) benchmark for real assets. In 2021, SAS (then part of SRI Quality System Register) was selected by GRESB to be its third-party assessment and validation services provider. GRESB chose us because of our years of experience in the field and our dedicated team of subject matter experts.
SAS continues to work with GRESB to ensure accuracy and consistency in validation decisions and provides careful review of each participant’s assessment responses.
USGBC (U.S. Green Building Council)
Since 2006, the SAS team has partnered with USGBC to support the development of the LEED review process. Today, the team continues to provide review services for green building projects across the globe.
